Our Student Leadership Team exists to develop and empower students to lead with Christ-like character, serve humbly, and live out their faith. This team will consist of a small group of high school students who have a desire to grow in their faith and take ownership of our student ministry. Together, we train and equip our students to help create a welcoming environment where everyone can encounter and worship Jesus.

What They Do

Student leaders play an active role in shaping our ministry by:

• Learning how to lead themselves well
• Welcoming and connecting with new students
• Helping plan and carry out events
• Providing feedback and ideas to improve our student ministry

We believe leadership is not about a position or a title, but it is about influence. Students are a part of the church today, and we believe students play a significant role in the direction of the church. Our goal is to equip students to take ownership of their faith and live on mission in their everyday lives.

Members will be selected through an application and interview process. Students commit to regular meetings and consistent involvement in student ministry events and activities.
