A 3-Year Vision
Our church is pursuing five specific goals over the next three years (by the end of 2027). Just like a team rowing together in sync toward a common destination, we need everyone to pick up a paddle and row together to see this vision become a reality. When we come together with purpose and faith, God will do incredible things through us.
Check out these 5 goals:
- Share the gospel 700 times.
- 200 adults added to small groups
- Use every kids and student classrooms
- Put 10 people through a vocational ministry training program
- Send 100 people on an international mission trip
Can you imagine our Kids Wing doubling in size, filled with even more children learning about Jesus? Picture new mission partnerships forming around the world, lives being changed, and our church family growing stronger in faith and unity. God is calling us to dream big and step out in faith — will you join us in making this vision a reality?
All-In Goals
Share the gospel 700 times
We’re going to take the gospel to our community. Over the next three years, we as a group are going to share the gospel 700 times. Then trust the Lord with the results.
200 adults added to small groups
The greatest threat to the advancement of the gospel in our world and to the next generation is adults who don’t know the Bible. We’re going to see 200 new adults join a small group Bible study. They’ll learn it, apply it, encourage each other with it.
Use every kids and student classroom
We’re going to fill every kid and student room we have. This means doubling our kids and student ministry over the next three years. To do this, we’re going to have to get serious about disciple-making.
Put 10 people through a vocational ministry training program
We must raise up more leaders. So we’re going to put 10 people through a ministry residency or internship to train them for vocational ministry.
Send 100 people on an international mission trip
God has called us to take the gospel to the nations. We are going to send 100 people on short term mission trips over the next 3 years. 100 of us on the ground in places with little access to the gospel sharing the good news of Jesus.
