LoveJax is our year-round commitment to serving Jacksonville, with a special emphasis every November. During this month, we come together for a handful of service events and opportunities to love our neighbors in tangible ways.
It’s a chance to rally as a church family, bless our city, and demonstrate God’s love through simple acts of service. Scroll down to explore how you can get involved and help make an impact this November!
On Saturday, November 8 at 9:30 AM in the Worship Center, we’ll host a Hunger Fight meal-packing party to prepare boxes for children, families, and seniors facing hunger. This is a family-friendly service opportunity and will be capped at 50 people.

On Saturday, November 15 at 8:30 AM at Lone Star Elementary School, we’ll come together to refresh the school grounds by planting, pressure washing, spreading mulch, and more. This project is open to people of all ages as we serve the students, teachers, and families of our Faith-Based Partner, Lone Star Elementary.

We are sending a team of volunteers to the First Coast Women’s Services Kernan Center. We’ll serve by power washing and painting the entry walkway, repairing and painting the stucco columns, and deep cleaning the offices, kitchen, conference area, and bathrooms. This project will require folks with special skills so we will recruit a specific team to meet the needs.

All November, we are collecting Christmas gifts for +1 More Child to bless underprivileged children in the Jacksonville area. Imagine the uncertainty of not knowing whether you’ll receive a gift on Christmas morning—this is our chance to change that.
This is a wonderful opportunity to take your family shopping together and demonstrate the love of Christ in a tangible way. Please drop off all donations at the church by the end of November.

Helping Our Neighbors This November
All month long, we’re collecting food and essential items for Arlington Community Services (ACS) to support families in need right here in our community. If you’re able to give, here are some of the most-needed items:
Every donation—big or small—makes a difference. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to those who need it most!
