As Executive Director of Properties at One More Child, Aaron Hoskins oversees capital building projects and leads the maintenance teams and facilities.
Aaron joined One More Child in 2019 as the Director of Maintenance in Jacksonville, where he standardized work order tracking and facility records. As Senior Director of Facilities, he shifted the focus to preventative maintenance, improving the efficiency and lifespan of One More Child properties.
Aaron’s leadership has earned him the Heart of Excellence Award, which is given to employees who exemplify our core values and achieve top evaluation scores. Known as an “Asana Master,” Aaron has successfully led and collaborated on many cross-organizational teams.
Before joining One More Child, Aaron lived in Fort Worth, TX, where he earned two master’s degrees at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and ran a successful residential remodeling company. His curiosity drives him to keep learning in both his work and personal life.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, whom he married in 2010, and their two children. His hobbies include running, reading, and indulging his passion for cars.
